MEP 2

MEP 2 is the sequel to the Greek DOS football management game, released in 1996, a year after the first instalment. The formula is unchanged: you take over a club in the Greek league and work through squads, transfers, finances and the season fixture by fixture, all in Greek and with domestic clubs.

The fact that a sequel exists at all tells you something — the first MEP found enough players to make a follow-up worth the effort. Small home-grown management games were a staple of local scenes in the nineties: undemanding technically, but built on the one thing no foreign publisher supplied, namely your own league data.
