Arrow Flash is a shooter for the Sega Mega Drive from 1990. The publisher field names Tec Toy, the Brazilian company that distributed Sega hardware and software in Brazil, which is why this name appears on many Mega Drive records in place of the original Japanese or European publisher.

1990 was a high point for shooters. Sixteen-bit consoles could finally handle large numbers of objects on screen, smooth background scrolling and bosses occupying half the display.
