Terms of use

These terms apply to the use of oldgame.cz from 27 October 2026. By using the site you agree to them.

oldgame.cz is an archive of old computer and console games. Many of them can be played for free right in the browser using emulators; for the others you will find descriptions, screenshots and guides. We archive games for fun, education and the preservation of gaming history. See Is it legal? for how old games are handled legally.

Games and their names belong to their authors and publishers. Games that are officially sold today are not offered for play, or only as their official demo, and we link to where they can be bought. Are you a rights holder and want a game removed? Write to [email protected] and we will take it down without undue delay.

An account is optional and free. You are responsible for your account and password. In comments, the guestbook, chat and multiplayer, behave decently: no insults, spam, advertising, illegal content or other people's personal data. We may delete posts that break these rules and block users. By posting you allow us to display your post on the site.

The site is free and funded by Google AdSense ads and affiliate links to shops. If you buy through our link, the shop may pay us a commission. It does not raise your price. You buy directly from the shop, which is responsible for the goods, delivery and returns under its own terms.

We run the site as well as we can, but we do not guarantee that every game will run on every device or that the site will always be available. Saved games stored in your browser may be lost, for example when you clear browser data.

How we handle data and cookies is described in the Privacy and cookie policy.
