Biing! Sex, Intrigue and Scalpels is one of those unmistakably German productions from the mid-1990s that could probably never have come out of an American studio. Published by Magic Bytes in 1995, it wraps a genuinely deep hospital-management simulation inside a layer of crude, tongue-in-cheek erotic humour. You run a private clinic, hiring doctors and nurses, buying equipment, admitting patients and juggling budgets against rivals — all rendered in a detailed isometric view that owes a clear debt to the management-sim boom of the era.

What made it notorious was the tone rather than the mechanics. The presentation leans heavily on innuendo, saucy digitised sequences and a satirical view of the medical business, which earned it a reputation as an "adults only" curiosity.
