An action platformer released in May 1993, developed by Open Corp. and published by Daou for the Sega Master System. In its original form it never left Korea.

You control a small caveman kid making his way through prehistoric landscapes against mostly animal-shaped enemies. His basic weapon is a club, which swaps for a considerably stronger hammer once you pick up the right icon. It is a straightforward, unfussy 8-bit jump-and-hit game.

The curious part is what happened afterwards: the same game surfaced abroad as Cave Dude on the Australian 4 Pak All Action multicart, and as a standalone Game Gear prototype. Most players outside Korea know it under that borrowed name, with no idea where it came from. On OldGame.cz you can play it right in your browser.
