Spider-Man: The Video Game er et side-scrolling beat-'em-up udgivet af Sega til arcader i 1991, ankommet på højdepunktet af genrens popularitet, da kooperative brawlere fyldte arcade-gulvene. Det udnyttede både Marvels web-slingers vedvarende appel og fire-spiller cabinet-formatet, hvilket gjorde det muligt for en gruppe at tackle bølger af fjender sammen.
