Eliminate Down is a horizontal shooter for the Sega Mega Drive dated 1993 and published by Softvision; the developer field is empty in this record. It was produced in very small numbers and barely distributed in Western Europe, which turned it over time into one of the more sought-after cartridges for the console.

1993 was late but strong for shooters on 16-bit hardware. The genre's rules were long settled, and the competition was mostly about how much action could be pushed onto the screen without the frame rate collapsing. That is where this title earned its reputation — a lot of fire, a lot of enemies and speed that holds up.
