F-117 Night Storm

F-117 Night Storm is a flight combat simulator released for the Sega Mega Drive/Genesis in 1994 and published by Electronic Arts. Built around the then-secretive F-117 Nighthawk stealth aircraft, it was an ambitious effort to squeeze a serious-minded jet sim onto a cartridge console better known for arcade action, offering a spread of bombing and strike missions across different theatres of war.

The stealth angle was its hook: staying off enemy radar mattered as much as raw firepower, lending the game a more tactical flavour than a straight shoot-'em-up. It was a fairly deep experience for a 16-bit console flight title, and while the hardware limited the visuals, it stands as one of the more substantial flight sims on the Mega Drive for players who want something weightier than pure arcade fare.
