G Colectânea is not a single game but a bundle of small MS-DOS titles that Gil Costa wrote while he was still at secondary school in Portugal in the late 1990s. They were only packaged together later, around 2005, and it is in that form that the Portuguese archive Planeta MS-DOS preserved them.

This is what most Portuguese bedroom development looked like at the time: short programs written after school that usually went no further. Costa later became a senior engineer at Miniclip Portugal, so the collection also shows where one domestic development career began. On OldGame.cz you can run it straight in your browser.
